Following the recent announcement by the energy department regarding article 8a of the law we advise the following: the (amended) law on the regulation of the energetic performance of buildings provides administration fine of up to €30,000 to those owners who did not declare the fuel efficiency in commercial advertisement when their buildings were available for either sale or lease.
